Privacy policy
Last updated:
Wambala Business, based in Medellín, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data received through this site. This policy is governed by Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015.
What data we collect
This site is static and has no database. The contact form does not send information to any server of ours: it opens WhatsApp or your email client with the message already drafted, and you decide whether to send it. The data that reaches us is therefore what you write to us: name, company, email, website and the content of your message.
What we use it for
- Reply to your request and prepare a commercial proposal.
- Deliver the contracted services and invoice them.
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to send you communications you did not request.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics in the notice shown on entry, with IP addresses anonymized. We use the Meta pixel only if you accept advertising, which is a separate decision: it tells us which Facebook and Instagram ads generate real enquiries and lets us show you our ads. If you accept neither, neither tool loads.
When you accept advertising, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives data about your browsing on this site and acts as an independent controller of it. You can manage that relationship from the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
Your rights
You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and revoke your authorization for its processing, by writing to info@wambalabusiness.com. We respond within the deadlines set by Colombian law.
Retention
We keep prospect data while an active commercial conversation exists, and client data for as long as applicable accounting and legal obligations require.
