Seven phases. None gets skipped.

This is the complete process, including when payments happen and what occurs if you do not like something. We publish it because most problems between an agency and a client come from expectations nobody ever wrote down.

    We look at your store or site live and tell you what we find. No sales deck. If the diagnosis is that you do not need an agency yet, that is the answer you get.

    Proposal

    2 to 3 business days

    A proposal with fixed scope, price, dates and what is explicitly not included. We never quote by the hour: always by deliverable, so you know exactly what you get.

  3. 03

    Contract and first installment

    We sign, receive the first installment and create every account in your name. From that moment the accounts are yours, even if the project stops.

    Design and approval

    We show you the design before building anything. The second installment only triggers when you approve it: if you do not like it, we do not charge it.

    Build

    Development environment

    We build the complete store or site in a private environment. You can watch it progress. Nothing is published until you say so.

    We verify that everything actually measures, not that it is “installed”. You pay the final installment, we transfer access and you publish whenever you want. Publishing is your decision.

    If you hire ads, SEO, email or AI visibility, we move into a monthly cycle: we execute, measure and report what worked and what we are changing. No decoration.

Everything we build is delivered unpublished. You review, approve and publish. This is not a technical detail: it is what makes your site’s content your decision, not ours.

We write the copy you ask for. If we see a claim with regulatory risk — a health promise, something a platform could block — we flag it separately, in an observations note. That note is information, not a condition: it does not delay or block your delivery.
